Jane Parslow is a coach, supporting people who are going through transition, especially in midlife. Between our mid-forties and mid-sixties we go through all sorts of challenges – some positive, some not so great. The challenge could be to do with retiring … or choosing not to. It could be the experience of “empty nest syndrome”. Or wondering about what your life purpose is, and what your legacy will be. Current life-expectancy in the UK is about 87 for men and 89 for women. That means those of us in mid-life could actually have the equivalent of another career after official retirement age. How will you spend yours? What do you want to achieve in that time? What mark would you like to leave on the world? How will you work towards that now, so that you are prepared? Jane’s background is in project management, so she is very experienced in helping people set goals, create a realistic plan to achieve them, and supporting them as they make progress towards them. Jane qualified as a coach in 2010 and since then has been working with corporate clients and individuals to help them achieve success. Jane is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and working towards their ACC accreditation. She is also a Fellow of The RSA.
